Q. Are you accepting new patients?

A. Yes, Accessible Physician’s Alexandria Clinic is accepting new patients.

Q. How do I make an Appointment?

A. To schedule an appointment, please call our office at (703) 348-9111. Our staff is available starting 9:00 am till 4:30 pm. Patient call volume is high during 9:00 am to 11:30 am, so we may suggest you call after 11:30 for all of your non-urgent matters and avoid long-hold times.

Q. Do you accept Walk-In Patients?

A. Yes, our Accessible Physician Alexandria VA Medical Clinic accepts walk-ins, if you are a new patient we will suggest you to complete your registration paperwork promptly to expedite the process.

Q. How Soon Can I Get An Appointment?

A. Our Alexandria VA Medical Clinic offers same day and next day service, six days a week, for acute or urgent medical issues you might be facing. For routine or preventive services, such as an annual physical, you can schedule an appointment to be seen within few days.

Q. What Services are provided?

A. We offer wide range of medical services to our patients. Those services include routine visits, health exams, immunizationsvaccines, Blood Pressure check-up, Diabetes treatment, Immediate Care, and patient education.

Q. Do you provide services to patients looking for Urgent Care?

A. Yes, we do provide service to patients looking for an Urgent Care in Falls Church, Alexandria, and Arlington Virginia. You still pay your regular office visit co-pay. Our physician have Urgent Care experience.

Q. Do You Accept Insurance & New Medicare patients?

A. (Insurance): Yes, we accept select insurance for non-urgent visits after a prequalification period or process for repeat clients. If you are with an insurance provider that we do not accept, we will ensure you get the necessary documentation to support your reimbursement claim from the insurance provider. It also depends on your insurance plan if you have any Out-of-Network Benefits, your insurance will process claims (sometimes). However, please be aware that Accessible Physician Home Health Care does not guarantee any reimbursement.

A (Medicare): Yes, and in fact, we are currently accepting new Medicare patients. Not only do we accept traditional Medicare and all Medicare Advantage Plans, but we also Medicaid and Tricar

Q. What Method of Payment Do You Accept for Your Service?

A. These days, everyone has access to different methods of payments. And sometimes, it also depends on the type of insurance provider you subscribe to. Please see question in Insurance above for further details. However, for that portion of our fees that are a patient’s responsibility, namely co-pays, we’d prefer credit or debit card.

Q. How do I get to your Clinic?

A. Please visit our Locations page – Accessible Physician Care Clinic is conveniently located and is accessible from Alexandria, Arlington, and Falls Church Virginia

Q. How can I request prescription refill?

A. Please make sure you call us before you are out-of your medication. You can call (703) 348-9111 and speak with our staff.  In order to expedite the process you need to provide medication detail, your pharmacy name, phone and fax number. Allow two (2) business days for the prescription refill processing, any Prescriptions requiring Authorizations may require additional two (2) business days.

Q. How do I get my medical records?

A. In order to process your medical record release request you have to sign Medical Release Form. If you are under 18, your parent / legal guardian will need to sign. Once release form has been signed your request will be processed by the staff with in 15 days. There is a nominal fee of $.50 per page up to 50 pages, and $.25 each additional page.

Q. Do You Treat Medical Emergencies?

A. Accessible Physician Care Alexandria VA Medical Clinic is not an Emergency Room replacement and we do not treat patients experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, head trauma, or other emergency medical conditions. These conditions usually need immediate hospitalization. If you are having a medical emergency or life threatening situation please dial 911.
